Translation and notary services
Visa support and consultation
Door-step pickup and delivery of documents (in applicable areas)
All services are subject to availability and applicable laws and regulations.
2. User Responsibilities
When you use our services, you agree:
To provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documents.
That you have the legal right to submit the documents for processing.
To comply with all laws and regulations governing the use of our services.
To promptly communicate any changes or issues related to your order.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of documents provided.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices for services are displayed on our website or communicated via official quotations.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed rates.
Payment is due before commencement of services unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
All payments are non-refundable once processing has commenced unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.
4. Turnaround Time & Delivery
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., embassy processing delays, government holidays).
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party authorities or couriers.
Completed documents can be collected in person or delivered by courier, as agreed.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon dispatch of your documents from our premises.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders cancelled before processing begins may be eligible for a refund (subject to administrative fees).
Orders cancelled after processing has started are not refundable.
If your documents are rejected due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., discrepancies in your paperwork), we are not liable for refund of service charges.

6. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, logos, images, and graphics, are the intellectual property of Vedic Global Services.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
